RF Switches
RF switches route a signal between multiple paths under manual or programmatic control, letting one instrument serve several devices or antennas without reconnecting cables.
Keysight and Siglent cover this range. Insertion loss, isolation and return loss across your frequency band are the specifications that decide whether a switch is transparent to the measurement or becomes part of it. Configuration matters next: SPDT, SP4T and transfer switches solve different routing problems, and a transfer switch is what you need to swap two paths simultaneously. For automated racks, check the actuator type and expected cycle life, since mechanical switches are quieter electrically but wear, while solid state switches last indefinitely at the cost of isolation.
