Power Analyzers
Power analyzers measure real, apparent and reactive power together with harmonics, power factor and efficiency, which a multimeter cannot do on a distorted or switching waveform.

The distinction that matters most is between a portable power quality recorder, used to log events and harmonics on an installation over days, and a precision benchtop analyzer used to measure the efficiency of a converter or motor drive on the bench.
