Data acquisition systems record many channels at once, combining signal conditioning, multiplexing and digitising so that a whole test article can be instrumented from one chassis.

Keysight, RIGOL and Keithley cover this range. Channel count is the starting point, but the questions that decide suitability are whether channels are sampled simultaneously or scanned in sequence, which matters for any phase-related measurement, and what input types are supported natively. Isolation between channels prevents ground loops when sensors sit on different potentials. Confirm the software and whether the system exposes drivers for your test environment, since integration effort often exceeds hardware cost.
