Analyzer Calibration Modules & Kits
Analyzer calibration modules and kits establish a known reference plane for vector network analyzer and spectrum analyzer measurements, removing the effect of cables, adapters and connectors from the result.
Keysight, Maury Microwave, Siglent, Anritsu and Rohde & Schwarz cover this range. Kits divide into mechanical standards, where open, short, load and through elements are connected in sequence, and electronic calibration modules that switch those states internally and complete the routine in one connection. Electronic modules are faster and reduce connector wear, which matters where calibration is frequent. The deciding specifications are frequency coverage and connector interface, and both must match your analyzer and your device under test exactly.
