RF adapters join two different connector types or genders so that an instrument, cable and device under test can be connected.
Keysight supplies this range. Adapters are not neutral: each one adds insertion loss and a discontinuity that shows up as reflection, and the effect worsens with frequency, which is why measurements at microwave frequencies should minimise adapter count rather than build up a chain. Precision or metrology grade adapters hold much tighter mechanical tolerances and are what you use inside a calibration path. Confirm the exact interfaces and gender, and check the frequency rating covers your band.
