RF Amplifiers
RF amplifiers raise signal level for driving a device under test, extending the reach of a signal generator or boosting a receive path before measurement.
Keysight, Tabor Electronics and TekBox cover this range. Gain is the obvious specification, but the ones that determine whether the amplifier is usable are the output power at 1 dB compression, which sets how far you can push before the output stops being linear, and the noise figure, which matters when amplifying a weak received signal rather than generating a strong one. For EMC immunity work, confirm the amplifier tolerates the mismatch a real antenna presents. Check frequency flatness across your band.
TekBox TBMDA4B modulated wideband RF amplifier covering 100 kHz–70 MHz with up to 40 dBm (10 W), AM/FM/PM modulation, less than 5 dB noise figure, and built-in ALC.
