Ph/Conductivity Meters
pH and conductivity meters measure the chemistry of a water sample rather than its physical state, and are used across water treatment, laboratory and process work.

Electrode choice matters as much as the meter, because a general purpose glass pH electrode will foul quickly in slurry or protein-rich samples where a specialist body is needed. Automatic temperature compensation is essential, since both pH and conductivity readings shift with temperature and an uncompensated number is not comparable. Decide whether you need a handheld for spot checks or a benchtop with electrode stand and data output for repeated laboratory work.
