Dwyer Instruments, TSI, Meriam, Extech and Testo cover this range. The method should follow the situation. Thermal anemometers read low velocities accurately and suit fume hoods and cleanroom work. Vane anemometers handle higher duct velocities and are more tolerant of dirty air. Pitot tubes with a manometer measure duct velocity pressure directly and remain the reference method for traverse work.
