The RKI Instruments 72-5326RK-01 is a robust, intrinsically safe multi-gas detector designed for simultaneous detection of up to 6 different gases. With over 400 gas monitoring configurations, this instrument offers exceptional flexibility for a wide range of industrial applications. Its powerful long-life pump extends sampling range up to 125 feet, and dual hydrophobic filters protect against moisture and particulates. The detector features a low-flow pump shut-off and alarm, a methane elimination switch for environmental use, and a security adjustment lockout switch to prevent unauthorized changes. It operates for up to 30 hours continuously on alkaline or Ni-Cad batteries, and IR sensors are available for CO2, % LEL CH4 or HC, and % Volume CH4 or HC. A transformer testing version is also available. The ergonomic, RFI/EMI/chemical/weather-resistant enclosure ensures durability in harsh environments, and the device complies with EPA Method 21.
