Vibration Meters
Vibration meters measure machine vibration to detect bearing wear, imbalance, misalignment and looseness before they cause a failure.
SPM and Monarch cover this range. The measurement parameter should match the fault type: velocity is the general indicator of overall machine condition, displacement suits low-speed shafts, and acceleration or enveloped acceleration is what reveals early bearing damage at high frequency. A simple overall reading is enough for trending against a baseline, but diagnosing which fault is present requires a spectrum. Confirm the frequency range and whether the meter stores readings for route-based monitoring.
The SPM Instrument ELS14KIT is an advanced electroluminescence system designed for materials science and semiconductor research. It delivers superior image quality and sensitivity, making it ideal for surface characterization and nanometrology applications.
The Monarch Instrument 6220-034 is a specialized vibration strobe kit designed exclusively for use with the Model 2130 vibration analyzer. This kit includes a 115/230V strobe light, enabling precise visual inspection and analysis of rotating machinery. Ideal for preventative maintenance and vibration analysis applications.
